Frequently Asked Questions
Below are the answers to our most commonly asked questions.
Will my child be safe on the bus?
Yes. In order to have the safest driving conditions possible we enforce several rules while on the bus. Also, our teachers monitor behavior during travel. All transportation rules can be found in the code of conduct and parent handbook. Please let us know if your child needs special equipment during transportation.
Are meals included in the tuition?
No. Campers are expected to pack a lunch each day, if a camper does not have a lunch one will be provided for them for a fee. Food is to be eaten only during lunch time, we recommend that your camper eats a big breakfast to prevent being hungry before lunch time. We will offer a daily snack and ask that parents not send extra snacks. Due to allergies items containing nuts or peanut butter should not be included in your campers’ lunch.
What happens if I miss a field trip?
We understand life happens and sometimes children may miss a day of camp however missed/canceled filed trips may not be made up later.
Can I pick up my child early or drop off late?
No. For us to make it to our scheduled appointments we are unable to delay the bus. Our teachers are continuously taking roll and working to keep each child safe and accounted for, and an early pick up disrupts that process.
What does my weekly tuition cover?
Tuition secures your child’s seat on the bus, and covers all expenses related to that week’s activities. Due to the limited space and prepayment of activities tuition must be paid in advance.
Is there any way to communicate with my child?
Yes. As a parent you will have access to our phone app that provides a way for you to communicate with camp staff, stay up to date on changes and see pictures from the day’s activities. Since our teacher’s priority is to the safety and fun of each camper, for a faster response or in case of emergencies we invite parents to call the main office
What time does the bus leave and return each day?
We expect to leave for promptly at 9:00 a.m. and return no later than 4:30 p.m. each day. Some activities may require us to leave earlier or return later than the planned hours, those activities will be marked on the calendar.
Changes to the calendar.
Although we do our best to follow the planned calendar it doesn’t always work out as we hope. We will notify all families in advance through the App when changes to the schedule happen. Please note we may be unable to reschedule certain activities.
